What is Microsoft Access-
Microsoft Office Access is a type of Database Management System. Created by integrating the Relational Microsoft Jet Database Engine with Graphical User Interface and software development tools for Microsoft Company. Software developers use Microsoft Access to develop program software. Supports Basic Object Planning, ActiveX Data Objects, and other (ActiveX) Components like other Office applications.
Component of MS Access-
1. Table- The cell is formed at the intersection of columns and rows in the table. Table multi-cell organization. It is used to store data in an organized way. In this case, each record is a row and each field is a column.
2. Queries- are instructed to extract data from a table or website that satisfies certain conditions. The information or record obtained in response to any question is called Dynaset.
3. Reports- In simple terms, the report is a Dynaset that can be printed on paper. You can collect Dynaset data on any basis and print it in different ways and applications.
4. Forms- There is a window in the forms screen with the help of which you can see the data entered in the table and add new data.
MS Access Templates-
1. Assets-
It is used to create an Asset Website, where information about different types of goods, their Owner, is provided, etc. and that information is retained.2. Contacts-
It is used to build a contact website, where people's information is stored and managed.
3. Events-
Used for building event websites. In this case, different types of events are kept, and they are tracked.
4. Wisdom-
Used to create a Faculty Database. In this case, different types of Faculty-related information are stored such as Faculty Name, Contact, Education, etc.
5. Marketing Projects-
Used to build a Marketing Design Website. In this case, information related to marketing projects, such as when the project will start, when it will end, when to deliver it, etc. is saved.
6. Students-
It is used to build a student website. In this case, different types of information related to the student are stored such as his name, father's name, contact number, etc. Similarly, other types of templates such as Releases, Projects, Sales, and Jobs are available in the MS Access Database.
