What is PowerPoint? Knowing its introduction, taking an example in simple language, then any business or organization can give a client or customer a visual presentation by presenting data or information about its work with text, slides, drawings, images, and transition effects.
It helps people better understand the idea or topic in front of the audience realistically and easily. This is a launch event developed by Microsoft. Which is one of the most widely used Microsoft Office suite programs, MS PowerPoint.
PowerPoint:-
1. Home tab- Its ribbon is divided into 6 parts. such as clipboard, slide, Font, Role, Drawing, and editing. The tools in this tab are used for formatting text.
2. Insert tab- This ribbon is divided into 5 parts. Similar - Tables, Illustrations, Links, Text, and Media Clips. Tools in this tab are used to add tables, images, text, audio, video, etc.
3. View Tab- Its ribbon is divided into several parts. Similar to: - Presentation View, Show / Hide, Zoom, Color / GrayScale, Window, and Crosses.
4. Cartoon tab- Its ribbon is also divided into 3 parts. Preview, Live, and Switch to this Slide. Tools on this tab are used to add animation effects to presentations.
5. Slideshow tab- Its ribbon is also divided into 3 parts. Start Slideshow, Stop, and Monitors The tools in this tab are used to set slideshow.
6. Design Tab- Its ribbon is divided into 3 parts. Similar - Page Setup, Themes, and Background. The tools in this tab are used to design the presentation.
7. Slide: - Each presentation page is called a slide. Makes slides in the presentation. or improve it. Each slide is designed to introduce a specific point.
8. Design Template:- Design has a variety of design templates available. What makes our presentation beautiful.
9. Photo:- In this section, we can apply the art of attaching to our presentation using the photo/image we have and photos stored on a computer/laptop or phone.
10. Video:- You can make it impressive by placing any video as a presentation on the slide.11. Animation:- By using pictures, you can make your slide attractive. It is used to bring text, images, etc into effect.
12. Master Slide:- This is such a slide. where such information or materials are provided. Featured on each presentation slide.
